Its been dead around here this week. Anyone out there? It's spring break down here so maybe people are on vacation in other areas as well. Cool Most of my clients are out of town so it has been a slow week for training too.

My personal training hasn't been too terribly affected. Now my group fitness classes have! At the gym where I teach, the gym as a whole seems to have been down since the time changed. I do early mornings, by the way. Today the gym was DEAD! Confused
