I have noticed that most of the "experts" in the fitness industry are men. I wonder why? For example, it seems there aren't many well known women strength coaches. Are women not interested? Are they intimidated? Are they not taken seriously? Just because a woman cannot bench as much as a man it does not mean she doesn't understand the physiology and biomechanics behind strength training. (She can still be a fantastic coach.) Seriously, I want to know. If anyone has any thoughts or opinions please share them. You can be blunt. I can take it. Wink
