Just taking a quick second to say hello to everyone. I'm 34 and working out has been a huge part of my life. I'm in the process of getting my certification and looking forward to being able to move on to the next step of the world of fitness. With my job as a full time firefighter my work schedule allows me all kinds of opportunities to be in the gym. My family has a gym that I have grown up in and it has been the cornerstone of my life. Being in shape has saved my tail in several cases and it is something that I love to share and promote to others.

Growing up in the suburbs of Chicago my fondest memory is spending my Saturday mornings at Ernie Frantz's gym with my dad and all the world greats of power lifting. Power lifting wasn't my forte and neither was body building but with Ernie's wisdom he showed me how to combine the two and be in the best shape I could be in. So at this point I need to make sure a huge thanks goes out to long time friend Ernie Frantz who was a fundamental factor in becoming who I am today. And to my dad, a 70 year old man who can run circles around most guys in the gym, thank you too! He is most definitely my role model.

So to all a big hello. I'm sure I will be picking many brains here, so thank you in advance.

Brian
