Hello - Personal Trainer Community - Forum

Hi,

My name is Ulrika (I'm from Sweden, hence the odd name) and I just joined. I've been reading here a lot and I find this site very valuable.

I'm currently in the IT business but am finally pursuing what I've always wanted, become a certified personal trainer and try this area.

What I really want is the ACSM CPT. I'm currently taking university courses (online) to help my studying as I know I'm not that strong studying all on my own with a full time job.

I've taken a nutrition class, a human motivation class (pshychology class) and anatomy and physiology I so far. I've signed up for anatomy and physiology II starting end of October.

I think it's great to see everyone sharing here and giving feedback on ideas and helping out. It gives inspiration and information!

Hi Ulrika,

Checking in -- how's the studying going? Since we last connected I passed the ACSM test, so I can definitely try and answer any questions you may have. Certainly there are others on this site who are willing and ready to help too.
