Hi from another newbie to the industry Hi Everyone,
I'm a total newbie to the industry, having spent the last 10 years working in the investment industry. I "fell" into that industry but have always had a love for fitness and wellness. I finally decided to make the career switch.
In the last year, I've gotten certified by WITS and NSCA (CSCS). I recently moved back to Calgary, Alberta, Canada after living in Los Angeles for 4 years. (I'll miss it a lot, but I couldn't make this career change without violating the terms of my work visa.) I just started working in a gym and for a corporate fitness company and so far, so good!
I look forward to contributing to and learning from this site.

I'm thrilled! A little scary as I'm still trying to figure out where I fit and which population I should focus on, but I'm so glad I made the leap.
