what is your refund policy?

we want to be nice and provide a refund if a customer is not satisfied, yet we also want regular clients to pay on a monthly basis with excess sessions expiring. This is meant to encourage clients not to cancel and to stay consistent with their schedule. It is also a way to depend on an income month to month.

What do you think of this?

Good points -

I offer a 3 session intro package - this I guarantee and offer a refund for -

But not on normal sessions - I only sell my sessions in groups of 10 - this prevents unused packages from dragging on, and forcing me to give a refund -
