    How do i estimate a clients 1RM?

    Hi Sandra,

    You can measure a client's 1RM through a handgrip dynamometer or the 1RM bench press test. I'm not familiar with NSCA materials, but I would imagine they have explicit instructions on the testing for 1RM.

    Thank you for your reply! =) There are a bunch of formulas that i am supposed to follow..they make me confused. That why i basically just asked the question here in this forum...maybe someone had a trick to the formula they wanted to share =) But thanks ayway, appreciate that you took your time to answer my q.
