Unhappy Help Needed with a Practice Exam Question

Not quite comprehending the 1-Repetition Maximum Concept in retrospect to the following practice exam question as follow:

Which of the following is an appropriate INITIAL load and repetition scheme for an untrained client who has an estimated 1RM of 250 pounds (114 kg) for the leg press exercise?

    Load Repetitions
    A. 160 pounds (73kg) 5
    B. 160 pounds (73kg) 15
    C. 210 pounds (95kg) 5
    D. 210 pounds (95kg) 15

    Please advise

The initial load should contain enough weight that the client can lift comfortably for 12-15 reps. The percentage of the initial load is about 40-60% of the 1RM, depending on the client. However, with this question, the answer is obvious. If someone's 1RM is 250, I don't see them pumping out 15 reps of 210, do you?

Hope that helps answer your question!
