Just took the test and missed passing by 3 questions! I can't believe it! I also ran out of time! It was horrible! Super bummed.....

OK, that's a bummer but not the end of the world. I wrote an article about this.
I failed my personal trainer certification exam! Now what?

Hang in there. You will nail it next time around! For whatever reason I found that exam a lot harder than the ACSM exam.

Hi Christina, yes it is a total bummer! I agree the test was REALLY hard, and there were a lot of questions that were not even in the book. About ACSM, I was thinking about maybe taking that test, since I have to wait 3 months to re-take NSCA. What are your thoughts on taking the ACSM? Is it very different? It says the passing rate is 72% compared to 54% for NSCA. Let me know what you think, thanks,Khiva

That is a problem with computer based tests. I think being on the fence like that is one of the advantages of having a human like me (some say Im human lol) grade the test and if needed give the bennefit of the doubt based on the entire test rather than a raw score.
