Question so help me understand please :)

i am currently looking into becoming a personal trainer, and have been looking at NASM, but after a friend told me about NSCA i looked into it and read the forums, what i think im getting out of this, is that NSCA is more strength training and NASM is just a mixture of it all, and some rehab kinda stuff, i guess what im asken wich would be better, i would rather do more of a strength training course, though i still want one thats going to make me look good to a gym(though it seems any of em will do!) thanks for any help!

Hi and welcome. I am not NASM certified so I cannot speak for that organization. I am NSCA certified and you are right: the NSCA focuses on strength training. Normally either certification will do for a job in a gym or health club.

    Good luck,

What the Golf Game Can Be

Minorities are turning for you to the game of golf not just because the play golf game with your cheap golf clubs can be enjoyable and challenging, and also because the game offers a great deal involving access and networking chances that are not always readily available in the boardroom ishiner.
