Default Risk Factors to remember....any ideas??

Does anyone have any ideas on the best way to remember all of the numbers for the risk factors? It is SO confusing! I just can't seem to get it down. Etc....cholest <200, HDL, LDL, glycose 110, the good one >60, or whatever. If you have any ideas on a good way to get this and remember it, that would be great!! Thanks

    Hi,

I think this is one area that you're going to just have to go over it again and again until you've memorized it. Use flashcards, have someone test you, take applicable review tests, etc. Also you should make sure that you're able to apply it in case studies when profiling a potential client. That'll help you commit it to memory as well.

    Hope this helps!
