Hi, everyone! I'm getting ready to take my exam in about 3 weeks. I've been in school strictly for the NSCA certification for the past 10 months and have read pretty much every chapter in the Essentials book. I want to go back and re-read some of the chapters to get a better understanding of the material. As far as the exam goes, can anyone remember which chapters were covered the most? I heard that chapter 9 is a big part of the exam. I'm not trying to take shortcuts here, I just want to maximize my studying time and I don't want to focus on material that will not be on the exam. Any insight you have will be greatly appreciated!
