Default Okay with roughly ten days before my exam and...

    Hello All,

I have a major dilemma. I am roughly ten days before my exam and I have had no prep time. What would you do?

I took a bunch of courses but I am the type of person if I don't use it I lose it so I have to re-learn (if that's even a word) everything that I have taken and I don't know squat. What is a good method for my approach to this dilemma.

I am not giving up. I will cram until the day of the exam.

    DT

PS I bought Morrison Media e-book and flash cards and also bought the prep material from this site starting-a-personal-training-businesscom

How long ago did you take the courses?

How long have you been studying?

Did you take any practice exams?

If you did, study the material that you did poorly on.

Did you answer all the questions at the end of each chapter in the NSCA book?

    If you did, study those.

You'll probably be ok, but that's what I would do!

    Good Luck!

reading chapter 9 is huge. Also, I find it funny that trainers always tell me how hard a test is and then I find out the test actually has questions about knowing muscle function???? Imagine that.....a personal training test that wants you to know what a muscle does.....go figure.
