    Default Passed the CPT test.

I took the course so that I would know what to tell my students to study for. Basically the test is common sense. I took the computer based test and the first 35 questions all delt with video of exercises and answering questions.
There are a few nutrition problems that need to be figured out using a pencil (which they supply) and most of the other questions are common sense.

    Default Common Sense

Nice job passing the test. It is true, the test is mostly common sense. That is the most important thing I think people need to remember. The NSCA (and all cert. company's) WANT you to pass. The do not pull any tricky stuff on test, they want you to be a member of their organization.

    Default Hey Guys

Is the passing score required a 70 out of 140 questions? It seems that to score 50% on an exam would be kind of easy. I am stressing out about the exam since I feel there is so much information on the book. I worry about what exactly I should focus on.

Are there any chapters in the book that I should spend more time on? I figured knowing specifically about cholesterol, BMI, Vo2 oughta be pretty important. Also client appraisal and interview I would think would be pretty important. Like I said, I feel there is so much information, one could almost get 140 questions out of each chapter.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the passing score is a 70 scaled-score units or 92 correct answers
