    Default teaching the NSCA course!

Hello I'm the Director of a PFT program with ATI Career Training Center in Florida and we are using the NSCA certification. I am curious to know what I should be reviewing with my students to make sure they are on course. I have CD's of every chapter and the practical portion.

I hear about exercise technique and client programming. What chapters do they include?

    Any advice would be helpful.

what NSCA program are you prepping people for? the CSCS is more exercise science oriented than the CPT exam. if its the CPT, focus on the stuff they are likey to run into during personal training - BP, karvoneon, METs, weight lifting technique (machines/free weights) and stuff like that.
