Are the Musculoskeletal Anatomy & Human Movement Book and ACE's Practical Guide to Functional Anatomy DVD absolutely essential for passing their exam? Is their "Standard" study package sufficient? I have been working out for many years but have no personal training education or experience. Thanks.
