Hi There

In the long run Im doing the NASM Personal Trainer course but first steps first so Im currently doing the Health and Fitness Coach course with 'Performance Training Solutions'.
This is a whole new area to me and due to current position I've had to take this course as home study which makes me feel slightly out of the loop although I am really enjoying it.
Is there anyone who may have done the Health and Fitness course can offer me any advice on what to expect on the assessment day in regards to the exam,the case study and the practical.
Ive got the big day on the 23rd February
