Hi, I am happy to found this form. I have few questions about my PT class.
1) strength gains result from 2 factors what are they?
is answers * hypertrophy & motor unit recruitment ?
2)painful muscle spasm is also knowing as what?
is "strain'?
3)designing cemetery into exercise routine related to which principle?

4) antagonist of rhomboids middle trapezius.

OK, let me try this again. I think I was not reading properly and didnt quite get all your questions.

My thoughts on some of your questions are as follows:

Resistance training adaptation - strength gains: Motor Unit Recruitment & Hypertrophy
The Antagonist of the middle trapezius: Serratus Anterior

Others let me know if this is right or not.

Ok, I can answer some of these questions. Thanks.
I always record lectures in class but these questions I could not get answers. make me wish for my test on Monday!
