So I passed my ACE certification, received my CPR/AED certification and even got my liability insurance all so that I could start working at this "high end" gym who hired me on as an independant contractor. After the boss intermitantly (about twice a week) spends about two and a half weeks of bringing me in for training in his fitness "Method", he emails me today to tell me that he thinks I need more experience before he can use me. And that's it.
I just lost almost 3 weeks of pay because he wasted my time. If he thought I needed more experience, why didn't he say so when he read my resume?

No need for a response. Just venting and depressed. Oh yeah....and broke.

Aktor,

I'm sorry to hear this. Do you think that maybe after he worked with you he thought you needed a little more experience? Perhaps it had nothing to do with your credentials/resume. (?)

Just a suggestion, but maybe you could start training some family members and friends if you have not already done so.

I know you must be disappointed but there are other job opportunities out there!
