I found this website through a friend of mine in a nursing program which really helped me out. It is more comprehensive then some of the free sites and it even has a 3D avatar and is narrated. It has interactive exercises to help you remember all the muscles and skeletal systems as well as quizzes and tests. Oh, forgot to mention, it has videos showing you the muscle movements...which is great! You can take these courses and tests as many times as you want.
