2. Designing exercise programs
3. Nutrition and nutrition
4. Anatomy and Physiology
5. Fitness Testing

The questions are real life and are based on the info that you should know to be successful and outshine your competition. If you pass the practice test you should be very well prepared to take on almost ANY organization.
