I'm guessing the ""Association" and the "Certifying Agency" are two different factions?
Hopefully someone closer to the situation (or one of our Resident Lawyers) will help us figure this out.

NSCA Lawsuit What's this about one division of the NSCA suing the other? Strange stuff. I have read NSCA's forum as well as a list serve discussion regarding this topic and I am still slightly confused. I don't even understand why there are 2 divisions within the NSCA. (?)
