    Default NSCA Lawsuit

    What's this about one division of the NSCA suing the other? Strange stuff. I have read NSCA's forum as well as a list serve discussion regarding this topic and I am still slightly confused. I don't even understand why there are 2 divisions within the NSCA. (?)

    You are not the only one! LOL: )

    I'm guessing the ""Association" and the "Certifying Agency" are two different factions?

    Hopefully someone closer to the situation (or one of our Resident Lawyers) will help us figure this out.
