Hey guys,

A bit about me first I guess. I’m 24, I’d say I’m above average fitness and strength but not incredibly fit. I’ve been going to a personal trainer on and off for the past 8 years so I’m quite familiar with muscle groups and PT techniques.

I have a 2/3 year plan of starting my own private PT business from home but plan on working while I get my qualifications (Cert 3+4 in fitness) so a correspondence course is essential.
