    Default Boxing and Kickboxing Drills!

I have to say that boxing and kickboxing training has been the most effective way for me to get an incredible cardio workout! Nothing like it!

I agree with yourtimefitness, I have used the same thing to great affect, I would also like to add that HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is great for getting in an intense cardio workout in a short amount of time.

    Hi saim,
Swimming is the best cardio exercise as it prevents from obesity, heart issues and joint problems. Swimming makes hips, shoulders, back and arms muscles strong. Swimming strengthens heart and lungs.

I agree with GetMeFit4Life - in terms of effectiveness VS time spent, high intensity short interval training (such as Tabata) are amazing! For example if you look into the Tabata research results, it's very convincing in terms of effectiveness.

But definitely not suitable as a warm up before weights training, your clients would be too exhausted if it's done right For this I find medium to low intensity full body exercises the best. (e.g. burpees & some stretches)
