The best cardio/ warmup?
I know everyone uses different warmups and styles, i was wondering what you thought the best workout it for me to get my clients pumped but not tired for weights

I use treadmill for warm up as treadmill increase strength of heart and lungs and oxygen inhaled results great amount of energy to joints and results better workout. It improves immune system and improve blood circulation.

Push up and dips are the best way to pump your client, without being tired, So what do you say.
