New Trainer - Getting Clients
Hello all.
I recently passed my ACSM HFS test this past May. I assumed that taking this test would automatically line me up with the various clientele in line with the test's focus - metabolic syndrome-oriented people.
Essentially my problem comes down to this - I usually do my lifting/training before I workout so naturally the usuals at the gym know who I am. Recently I started getting people coming to me wanting to train with me for more intense workouts because they do see me working out intensely as well. Now, this is obviously a good thing business wise, but this is something I didn't anticipate. As a result... I am just overly anxious. I don't know if this is excitement or what, but I suppose I am just feeling somewhat overwhelmed with the position I am in, as I am probably the only trainer left that would involve some type higher intensity with my workouts, as our facility tries to fill a niche of trainers.
I know I can do it, but I feel like I need some support to do so hah
