There seem to be lot of people here looking to get NASM certified. That's fine and If you are studying for the NASM cert or have it, I want to take this moment to remind everybody to stay educated AFTER the cert. I say this because I've had some NASM certified trainers in the personal training classes I teach (I teach for another org) and ironically, the NASM trainers often fail the test I give them.

I'm not specifically calling out NASM but it was because of this that I decided to write a blog about the "myth of the master personal trainer". This blog has a small 4 question test to see how much personal trainers know (these questions DO show up so see if you know them)

Master Personal Trainer

I hope it helps
