Hey Everyone,

I just got promoted to fitness director from being a personal trainer. Basically meaning i will be exclusively in charge of the personal trainer team, setting up a team, promotions etc. Getting the personal training team to make money basically.

If I was to do a percentage of total personal trainer sales with the owner, what do you think is a proper compensation??? they do a 50/50 split to personal trainers and 60/40 if the personal trainer closes the sale.

I would vary the split according to how much education (certs, degrees etc) they have. you can also opt to do it according to how much money they generate but this might lead to burn out on the part of the trainers
