    has anyone ever used any of those type of body fat measurers? if so, how accurate are they and are they worth the money? thanks!

    There not perfect bu are a good start. The most acurate it will be is if for 5 days you do it once in the morning and once at night. get your average for the day, than at the end of thr 5 days average it all out and thats where your at.

    its called bio electric impedance analysis or BIA for short.
    the accuracy depends on you following all the rules and if you do, its probably going to give you a ball-park figure of body fat. some also calculate BMI as well.


    Its not the worst gizmo out there and because of its easy operation its popular in gyms etc.

    FYI just to be safe dont use it in anyone who has a pacemaker/defibrillator or any women who is pregnant
