Hey guys I just want to know a few things:

Does anyone here use Poliquin techniques?

Does Charles Poliquin have a good reputation in the USA and Canada?

Anyone know which athletes has has and currently trains?

What you opinions on his Biosignature Modulation?


I have heard conflicting views on his methods, career and results.

I live in Quebec, Canada and his Cert is not talked about alot or even at all. I have met one PT with a Charles Poliquin Cert.

He is well known in some circles. I believe he may even have his own fitness "cert". I know he has videos too. I also know PTs who like his take on exercise and this speaks a lot to his programs.

Get his videos etc and learn some of his moves. it can only help you if your a personal trainer if for nothing else, than the ability to show people things they may not have seen before - which can be a huge selling point for you and your services
