    Default Bodyfat weight

    Hey guys Happy New Year,

Might sound like a silly question but anyway...... I've got some clients they are making good progress but they are still obsessed with weight, so I'd like to be able to work out the weight of the % body fat lost and the weight of the lean mass gained how is this done correctly?

    Cheers guys

Default I hope this answers your question

I think you need to multiply the %bodyfat and the weight. Then subtract that number from the weight. This can be your lean body mass. Compare this # with a previous one to see the changes.
My experience is that you can do backflips through a ring of fire to try to get them to appreciate gains in lean body mass and loss of bodyfat and they STILL wil get hung up on the scale numbers!
