Hi i am trying to finish some work for my home learning gym instructor but needing some ideas and help with the following. I need to add an extra form of - PROGRESSION, MODIFICATION AND ALTERNATIVE for the following:

- Adductor Stretch

- Hamstring Stretch

- Chest Stretch

- Shoulder Stretch

- Upper Back Stretch

- Tricep Stretch

- Seated Adductor Exercise

- Leg Press Exercise

- Ab Curl Exercise

- Seated Cable Row Exercise

- Barbell Curl Exercise

- Barbell Bench Press Exercise

- Dumbbell Shoulder Press Exercise

- Dumbbell Front Raise Exercise
