    Default Easy Money

There's no doubt Personal Training is easy money - it sometimes borders on ridiculous -

Even if you've gone through all the steps to become an established trainer, charge
high rates, and find a motivated clientele, the work you do on a regular basis requires
almost no personal or emotional effort -

I find myself mentally making my dinner plans very frequently during sessions - and I
consider myself one of the good ones!

There's nothing wrong with this - on a certain level you've got to feel entitled - this is
what you hear from all of the success authors, and hey, if you've taken the steps and
got the smarts to get your shit together to the point where training is easy for you,
    nothing's wrong with that -

But I'm going to sound a little bit like your mom and tell you that there's no such
thing as easy money - at a certain point everyone pays - without getting too
metaphysical, this is just a natural law built into the way our universe works -

    - drug dealers pay with prison time
    - strippers pay with wrecked social lives and futures
    - trust fund brats pay with drug habits and emotional emptiness

Unless you take responsibility, at a certain point you've always got to pay -

So my only bit of advice is that you've got to own up to this privilege you have, of
making good money telling total beginners how to work out -

You've got to train harder yourself, you've got learn more, you've got to continue to
expand your own reach and try new things, to take the steps now to make sure your
    future is even better -

Because nothing lasts forever, and at a certain point it's going to be time to pay up
    again -

Haha - this LIFE shit is great isn't it? It never gets boring!

but it is truth nonetheless. If you don't keep up with the research or dont develop as a professional, you pay the consequences of.. losing clients? I guess the fall isn't as bad as drug dealers and prostitutes.. Hurray for legit jobs?

AND, we also can't forget that, above it all, it's a business. So, as times and interests change, we have to change with them. We are coming to the end of the year. What are your goals for your business for next year? How will things change? What new objectives would you like to achieve? And how?

Often people forget this aspect of it as they just do the day-to-day training.

    Default little effort?

I am not sure I agree with no emotional or personal effort. it really depends on what you put into each session. personally I involve myself alot, if they don't get results, I am not getting results, they are my advertisment.

I can see how it could be easy money if you chose that path.....
A new client who was with another trainer for almost a year, started with me a couple of weeks ago, it is only his 3rd workout in his words

"you have really given me structure, compared to my last trainer, I feel like I now have some direction that I never had before, it's like I have gone from Bronze to Gold"

I don't believe a client will feel like that if you have invested little personal or emotional effort............
