    Default Workouts for pregnant women? HELP

    anybody ever had a pregnant client what are some good things to do that aren't too intense but still challenging I dont want her workouts to get boring she is about 12 weeks any suggestions from anyone with experience

    I haven't trained any pregnant women.

    But a simple google "Workout While Pregnant" or reviewing your certification text book should have some pretty clear guidelines on how to formulate a plan for her.

    I'm sure someone who has trained a pregnant woman will weigh in soon tthough!

    I have trained a few pregnant women in my time. You do not need to treat pregnant women too differently from your other clients. The human body is an amazing thing and your client will know her own limits.
    So don't push as hard as you may with 'regular' clients and beware of abdominal work when they reach the third trimester.
