TRX Rocks!
Hey there. I have been using the TRX strength system for a year now and absolutely love it. It is a completely different type of workout and it will really build up your core, grip strength, build your stamina, and increase your rate of force production. I haven't used it with my clients since most of them are beginners, but will incorporate TRX once they have a month's worth of stabalization training.

sorry if this is a dumb question but what does TRX stand for??
