I do a split of kickboxing and strength and conditioning at clients homes. it keeps it fresh for them and allows me to change routines and not sit waiting for my hour to be up.
I would bring punching mitts and kicking pads. Also things such as bands and jump ropes. I found most clients have some type of home gym and they just need guidance on what to use and how to use it.
