any advice on this would be welcome- Ive started to train a female pro skydiver who has a fitness test comprising pull ups, deadlifts, squats, press ups all of which she can nearly pass except the pull ups- I have to take her from 0- 6 in two months. Ive a suitable training regime set out but need some supplement advice. She is looking to cut about 2 stone in this time for her own benfit and to make the pull ups easier she is aprox 12 stone now so for her height this would be a good weight. In terms of supplements she has started taking hydroxycut- which I have never been a fan of, but I thinking the time we have it would be more appropriate for explosive strength gains for her to take creatine in small dose - but of course this isn't really appropriate with hydroxycut due to the fluid issue.Does anyone have any advice as to the correct combination of supplements to promote weight loss and still be able to use creatine for explosivity,
