When I managed the YMCA, I was given a complimentary version of the BodyBugg (I believe it is promoted thru APEX). I wasn't too impressed with it. It was bulky and worked just like a high-end pedometer.
How accurate is it? Thoughts?

According to Jillian Michael's (one of the trainers on NBC's Biggest Loser) they aren't the most accurate of things. I think they are forced to use them on the show (probably some sponserhip deal) but she's mentioned in the past that they aren't always accurate, especially when doing some activities and recommends using a good HRM instead.Originally Posted by Christina
