not at all- my favourite that I am using on myself at the moment - although requires a decent training partner to give you feedback on quality of movement with the bungee cord double leg step throughs are-

Medicine ball plyometric jumps- med ball dropped from about 5 feet- the side of the ring is best- the trainee catches ball squats with it and jumps as high as possible back into the air throwing the ball upwards to the trainer

Bungee double leg take down step throughs- practise coming down onto one knee stepping through as if going for a double leg take down- keep moving forward - essential to have a good partner to moderate resistance

Depending on what is available- the large tyre or power bag crouching flipping tyre or powerbag - try to get as far as possible within the minute

Kettle bell woodchops- choose a kettlebell that you can keep under control without swinging for the minute

10 second sprints followed by ten seconds recovery jog

each exercise is practised for a minute back to back to simulate the round time of 5 minutes. 1 minutes rest is followed by repeating the circuit 2- 4 times.

other circuits we conduct focus more on sports specific striking or grappling but this is one of my faves for building up the conditioning to be able to last 5 minute rounds
