It's ironic you mention her because I just saw a whole bunch of videos by her in the newest Healthy Learning catalog. I will add her.

Annete Lang popularized the movement screens a little buit before Gray Cook did.

I agree with Kevin. I mean, I think most of Bill Kraemer's (sp) ideas are a joke. Here at ETSU we are conducting research this fall to hopefully disprove most of his ideas. It is extremely exciting. I will keep everyone updated.

A person that should be on the list is Michael Stone PhD. He basically came up with periodization and is one of the top strength and conditioning experts in the world.

Chris, Periodization in sports as we know it has been around since the 1960s. Are you should Michael Stone "basically came up with it"?

(Its actually been around longer than the 1960s, but wasn't called "periodization")

I agree. Tudor Bompa has done extensive research on periodization.

    Here's a good list -
    http://www.mensjournal.com/healthFit..._trainers.html

At risk of hopeless self promotion (it's ok because I'm not selling anything), I've interviewed a lot of these top guys on my blog -
    Mike Boyle
    Brian Schiff
    The late, great Jason Hadeed
    Eric Cressey
    Gunnar Peterson

And a few other trainers you may never have heard of but are worthwhile learning from -

This career can drag at times, especially when you're surrounded by less motivated and professional trainers - that's why I love to talk to these acclaimed trainers - it's keeps things fresh and let's you know what's possible in this industry -
