If you are going to offer packages. Make sure you don't discount them too steeply. (This devalues in your clients mind how much your skills are actually worth).
I offer packages at the beginning of the year and beginning of the summer, but the hourly cost will never be below $40 an hour. That's as steep as I will go. (Even though, I only get paid $17.25/hour for my day job of Managing the exercise center).
When you offer packages, make sure they have a "Theme" and throw in some "Extras" so that the perceived value to the client looks better. But don't sell yourself down the river by reducing your hourly fee too drastically.
Both Phil Kaplan and Eric Ruth have awesome articles on this in their marketing materials. (Which I believe you have) :wink:
You have to believe that the skills you have and the services you offer are worth what you are charging!! Again, remember you aren't just counting reps. There's a lot of "Non-training" time that you spend getting things ready for your client's session.
