As some of you know I am writing a personal training book. I would like to include a chapter of embarrassing personal training stories. I want to do this because I believe one of the best ways to teach is through example, so if you have an interesting/embarrassing story you would like to share with me I would like to include it.

Please keep your story to no more than 2 paragraphs and also include how you dealt with the situation (this is very important!). You can remain anonymous if you like or if you prefer, I would be happy to list your name, certs, website, location you train at etc.

Also, If you have an empowering /uplifting story - somebody you have helped etc. I also would like to include this as well so send me this type of story too!
