After I was looking at the Nike site, I found another one similiar. Podfitness.com. You can create your own program and listen to other members workouts. I have'nt looked at the entire site, but so far it looks interesting.

I found a cool little device that tracks cardio workouts. This is much more affordable than a Nano/Nike Sport Kit. I am going to encourage my clients to get one. Their iStep X starts at $29.95 and goes up from there.
