Default In home trainers/Warm up exercises

What kinds of exercises can my clients do to warm up if they do not have cardio equipment in their home?

The few warm-up exercises I always like to do when equipment is'nt available and maybe it's too cold to run outside is Hamcurls.... Jumping Jacks....Kneelifts.. squats and even lunges. Running in place and bringing knees up high and I always carry a jumprope with me.
I sometimes use my Stability Ball and have my client stand with feet hip-width apart and take the ball side to side. Imagine a wall behind you when doing so, don't want to extend too far.
I hope that helps. I have more, but my brain is in overload right now, been busy all day.

    Hi Sandy,

Thanks for the suggestions! My client is morbidly obese so chair squats are part of his program. A jumprope and lunges are out of the question. Marching in place would work. Any other ideas for someone who is sedentary?

Default warm-up's for sedentary in-home clients

 I train in-home and most of my clients are morbidly obese. I do low intensity aerobics with them for about 10 minutes to warm up. Sometimes I throw in a little Billy Blanks as well.
I also tell clients that have stairs to climb up and down for five minutes before I arrive.

    Hope that helps!
