Default How do you Motivate yourself as a "Trainer"?

    How do you motivate yourself?
First of all, there are times when I do not get a good night sleep. There are times when my kids are arguing and I have to put a smile on my face and keep my blood pressure down before I meet a client. My kids do motivate me too!

Motivation for me is when I see my clients making results and so excited to meet with me at the gym. In fact, there are times that my clients inspire me with challenges and the effort they put forward.
I'm also motivated with knowing that I love what I do and can make a difference.
Motivation is part of making your clients happy and continue with their progress.

Someone mentioned this to me years ago. We as "Trainers" may have a bad day or moment, but Suck It Up for just a short period of time for your clients.

    I forgot one more thing.

I am also motivated by coming to the FTT and reading the replies. Keeping up with the industry and learning everyday is priority

On a personal level, I am motivated by people who are smarter, more talented, harder working, and more athletic than myself.

On a professional level, I am motivated by people who believe in me.
