    Default Front Desk Staff Customer Service Tips

    This question was emailed to me today. Does anybody want to weigh in on the issue?

    We have a seminar coming up in a few weeks that deals with customer service. Any tips or resources on making it fun and pleasurable for our front desk employees?? We are looking for ANY kind of HELP or ADVICE that you may be able to provide..

    Hey Joe! Sorry if I'm being dense but do they mean, "How can we make working at the front desk more fun for our employees?" (I'm sure working the front desk can be boring at times.) Just want to make sure I understand the question,
