    Dave has uploaded the Excel file he uses for his clients. Very cool!!!

If you have any .pdf, .doc., .xls, or .ppt files you would like to share with other trainers simply upload them.     Very cool christina!
    microsoft.com has a template site that has templates for workout cards etc that we can use.
    just google "microsoft template" and the site will pop up. then type in exercise or nutrition. that should bring up all their templates
