Default QUESTIONS FOR CURRENT FACILITY OWNERS

I am a senior Sport and Exercise Science major, concentrating in Sports Management. I was wondering if anyone on here could answer a few questions for me to help me out with a portfolio I am working on....if you can it would be so awesome and much appreciated!! Thank you! (answers don't have to be long)

    1) What hours do you work?

    2) What is the salary range for your job?

    3) What skills, knowledge, and personal characteristics do you need to be successful?

    4) Is there good potential in your job for security, promotion, and availability of openings?

    5) What are some common jobs in this field (besides what you do?)

    6) What are the most satisfying aspects of your job?

    7) What are the most frustrating or unpleasant aspects of your job?

    8) What are some professional organizations you belong to? What professional journals do you read?

    9) What are some important current topics/issues in this field?

    10) What advice would you give a young person interested in your career?

    11) Name of your Business, Location, Name, and Title (if you have one)

    Thank you

    Hi and welcome!

Are your questions directed just at facility owners? Some personal trainers do not own facilities but have in home businesses. Would this work? Or are you specifically looking for people who operate/manage physical businesses and have people working for them?

    Thanks for the clarification!
