need some outdoor ideas
I am planning a family fun in park kind of thing for one of my client's summer picnic. I thought it would be fun to get the entire family involved and also have th co-workers work together in teams. It is held in a park. I have a list of diff things I have done on an "Outdoor Adventure" but looking for some ideas that are more kid and family fun oriented using jungle gym, lite props etc. Throw me some ideas. I all open
Thanks
PS has anyone done a bootcamp format for adults and if so was it militarisitc in style or more positive/team friendly? How did you progress your group throughout the weeks? IUnique ideas for exercises would be great here as well.
Thanks---again

Outdoor exercise ideas
Hey,
I currently run boot camps for women, but focus more on their health rather than making it military style.
I do things such as bench dips, push ups, walking lunges, uphill sprints, suicide runs, different ab exercises and step ups onto park benches and things.
There is heaps of things you can do. A good game for kids and adults is medicine ball tunnel ball, or using a toning ball and play tiggy, or even good drills you can do with a soccer ball or cones.
Im always willing to share creative ideas with other people, so If you have any ideas that you have used, or need any more ideas from me, feel free to send me a message.

I know that my two kids love the stability ball. If you do use them, make sure they are blown up to the size for kids, and not adults. Mine love taking them outside in the yard and working with them .

Outdoor exercises
Hello,
My wife and I also run fitness camps for both children and adults. We mix it up quite a bit between individual challenges, team games, and partner challenges. Here's a twist on the game of baseball:
2 teams compete to score the most runs
Team members lunge between bases
1st base - 25 jumping jacks
2nd base - 15 pushups
3rd base - 30 situps
Home - 25 mt. climbers
You can obviously change reps and exercises, but it's usually a pretty tough workout and it accommodates every fitness level. Those who are fit can score maybe 3 runs, while others, maybe only 1.
