We recently switched from cable TV and went with A.T.&T's U-verse. I was shocked by all of the TV programs that are out there!! One channel that rocks is Fit TV. Does anyone here watch it? All fitness related without the Hollywood drama. Great workouts, realistic training, sound nutrition advise, food prep.....

We had Fit TV when we lived in San Francisco. I watched that channel all the time! If my mind serves me correctly, "The Gym" is on this channel. I'm not a big fan of The Gym (or Bravo's 'Workout') but the rest of the programs on Fit TV seem to be pretty good!

I do agree that Fit TV is a great channel. I will do some of the step classes when i am home for some ideas for choreography. I have noticed that some of the exercises would not be appropriate for the average couch potato.

I have had participants comment that they only just watch because they can't keep up.
